This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the data practices of BridgeUp Studios (“BridgeUp Studios”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “we”, or “Company”), covering its services under its control, including this website, any products, mobile applications, console or PC applications (collectively "Services"). • Information we collect (Non-Personal)

We may collect non personal information only about the Services you use and how you use them, such as the selections you make on our Services. Our Services also collect non personal information about your interactions, including navigation paths, search queries, crashes, timestamps, purchases, clicks and shares, and referral URLs. For efficiency’s sake, information about your interactions may be transmitted to our servers while you are not using the app. We may also partner with third parties that collect additional information only non - personal – please see their privacy policies for more details and see below for your choices regarding these parties.

                    While we strive to work with reputable companies with good privacy practices, this Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you on the Services. We also do not control the privacy policies and your privacy settings on third-party sites, including social networks. We may use third parties to help offer you more tailored ads and better Services, such as obtaining analytics about the users of our site and to help tailor advertising to your preferences.                 We work hard to protect our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold and undertake reasonable security measures with appropriate confidentiality, integrity, and availability protections. However, since no software or storage system is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee for the security of your information associated with the Services, or any other service for that matter. • Which information may be processed from Users of our BridgeUp Studios?

                There are two types of information.

1. Non-personal Information.

                    We and/or third-party providers of particular products and services, such as ad networks, analytics (GA Game Analytics), etc. ("Third Party (ies)"), may collect, store, and/or process non-personal information ("Non-personal Information"). The identity of the User from whom Non-personal Information has been gathered is unknown to us and to our Third Parties. Any information that users of the BridgeUp Studios make available to us and/or our Third Parties is considered non-personal information.

2. Personal Information.

BridgeUp Studios cannot collect personal data such as a user name, personal        identification number, etc.

What is the Purpose of the Collection of Non-personal Information?

                        Use it for statistical, analytical, research, or business intelligence purposes (e.g., to track trends within our BridgeUp Studios, for reports, and for public relations purposes); and    for customization, development, and improvement of our BridgeUp Studios (for instance, troubleshooting and fixing issues, frequency capping (limiting the number of times a specific advertisement is presented to the same mobile device), developing new offerings, providing better content, and simplifying processes).

The ‘BridgeUp Studios' usage and traffic are being measured.

• Child Protection

                        A child under 13 can only play our games only with consent from the guardian. You should uninstall and erase our games if you or your legal guardian disagree with our privacy policy. Parents and guardians of kids under 13 have certain rights according to Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA, http://www.coppa.org/coppa.htm) and we respect all these rights. We do not knowingly and directly collect and store any personal information from a child under the age of 13, and we hereby specifically prohibit children from giving us any personal information.
